We are open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. However, for urgent claim assistance, you can call our emergency support line.
Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend booking an appointment through the form above or by calling us. This ensures T.R. Raja Rajeshwari is personally available to discuss your portfolio.
Please bring: 1. PAN Card, 2. Aadhar Card (Address Proof), 3. One Passport Size Photo, and 4. A cancelled cheque (for bank details). If you are buying a high-value policy, income proof (ITR/Salary Slip) may be required.
If all documents are in order, we aim to settle claims within 7-10 working days. Our team handles the paperwork personally to ensure there are no delays for the family.
